OLD DOMINION FOOTBALL
With this being my second year at Old Dominion University, I aimed to continue on the branding that I had built in year one, while still exploring new looks, compositions, and ideas.
Bold type, deep blues, geometric shapes, and a tons of texture were main themes in my designs throughout the year. Bringing crowns, thrones, and an "Olde English" style font, helped me visualize our team as "Monarchs" to fans, recruits, and opponents.
On the recruiting side, we honed in on Norfolk's location and branded through the hashtag, #PlayByTheBay. This kicked the door open for elements of the water and the beach, to excite recruits on ODU's access to the open waters.
